Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Maple Pet Health ("Maple," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you visit maplepethealth.com, join our beta waitlist, or contact us.

Information we collect

We currently collect the email address you voluntarily submit to the Maple App beta waitlist and information you send when you contact us. Our hosting and security providers may automatically process limited technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, request timestamps, and security logs, to deliver and protect the website.

How we use information

We use your information to manage the beta waitlist, send requested beta invitations and product updates, respond to questions, operate and secure the website, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable law. We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Service providers

We may share information with vendors that provide website hosting, database, security, email, analytics, and operational services. They may use information only to perform services for us or as permitted by law. Google Workspace processes messages sent to our support email.

Retention and security

We retain waitlist information while the beta program is active or until you ask us to delete it, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary for security or legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your waitlist information, or opt out of product messages, by emailing hello@maplepethealth.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law.

Cookies and tracking

We do not currently use advertising cookies or sell data for targeted advertising. Basic hosting and security technologies may be used to operate the site. Because we do not currently track visitors across unrelated websites, we do not respond differently to browser Do Not Track signals.

Children

The website and beta waitlist are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy as Maple App develops. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date.

This policy describes Maple’s current website practices. It should be reviewed by qualified counsel before a broad commercial launch or before the app begins collecting pet profiles, scan history, precise location, payment information, or other additional data.
