Maple provides general educational information about pet food and ingredients. The website is not veterinary advice, diagnosis, treatment, poison-control guidance, or a substitute for an examination by a licensed veterinarian. Food suitability depends on a pet’s species, breed, age, size, health conditions, medications, allergies, and portion size.

Do not rely on this website in an emergency. If you believe an animal has eaten something toxic or is unwell, contact a veterinarian or animal poison-control service immediately. We work to provide useful and accurate information, but food formulations, research, recalls, and veterinary guidance can change. We do not guarantee that website content is complete, current, error-free, or appropriate for a particular animal. Any future Maple Health Score will be an informational product feature, not a medical determination.

You may use the website for personal, lawful purposes. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, scrape the site in a manner that burdens our systems, misrepresent your identity, or use the content to provide unsafe or misleading advice.

Beta waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee selection, access, a launch date, or continued availability of any feature. Beta features may change, contain errors, or be discontinued. Additional beta terms may apply before testing begins.
